What to Expect

Your Time is Valuable

This course is designed to provide you with comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in starting IVs and withdrawing blood. The course is a total of 36 hours, 27 of these hours you will complete on your time, the final 9 hours will be completed in person where you will practice your skills.

Required of You

As part of the course requirements, each student is expected to complete three live blood draws and

three live IV starts. To facilitate this practical aspect of the training, we request that you bring a willing

participant with you. This person should be well-hydrated and comfortable with needle procedures. Their presence will enable you to practice in a realistic setting, enhancing your confidence

and skill proficiency.
